Today, when street fashion in the Western hemisphere is making its Sartorialist mark on the runways, I can’t help but wonder if street fashion here in Budapest is in as rosy a situation. Are there any Carrie Bradshaws or Olivia Palermos strutting along the Nagykörút? Or do we have some catching up to do?

The best winter pastime, available to everyone, is without a doubt, riding on a sleigh. For children, it’s enough to be dragged in the snow by their parents, while grown-ups enjoy looking for the steepest slopes, to perform gruesome slides on their own.
